Contact messages

When you use the contact form, your name, email address, optional phone number and message are sent to Ascot Park MX through the LiveLaps service so the track can reply. We use them only to answer you.

Registration, accounts and results

Rider accounts, event registration, waivers, payments and race results are provided by LiveLaps on a separate address (my. pages). The information you give there is handled under LiveLaps’ own terms and privacy policy. Public race results show the details the promoter publishes for each event.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses LiveLaps scripts to show events and results and a support chat widget. These services may store small pieces of data in your browser, for example to remember a chat conversation. You can clear or block this data in your browser settings.

Third-party content

The Visit page shows a Google Maps map, and links to Facebook open on Facebook. Those services have their own privacy practices.
